Job summary

SCHM Contracting INC is seeking a field supervisor to coordinate subcontractors and plan daily construction operations on varying work sites across Canada. The role requires reading blueprints, organizing schedules, and ensuring work aligns with building codes and project specifications.

Travel is frequent as projects are on different sites; the candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience and an appropriate trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience.
• Education: other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.
• English language required.
