Job description

Site Manager

Ricoh is currently seeking a career-oriented individual to provide leadership and direction for daily operations and staff. The Site Manager develops, implements, and reviews related procedures. Responsibilities include managing invoices, accounts, customer interactions, and assisting in maintaining acceptable profit levels while ensuring customer expectations are met. This position involves a high degree of customer interface.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve shift profitability by managing the use of company materials and supplies effectively.
  2. Manage total production labor percentages by achieving established labor and quality control targets.
  3. Meet quality and deadline standards through effective job scheduling practices.
  4. Maintain formal contact with clients daily.
  5. Provide training on workflow and machine operations as needed.
  6. Ensure payroll accuracy by overseeing and correcting all time clock punches.
  7. Maintain operational quality for shifts by assisting in achieving audit and deadline compliance goals.
  8. Increase employee retention by achieving turnover and tenure goals.
  9. Maintain efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency.
  10. Improve operational quality and consistency by implementing company performance and operational procedures.
  11. Ensure proper staffing by matching employee skills and equipment with production demands.
  12. Manage the implementation and effectiveness of Ricoh Service Excellence.
  13. Resolve issues related to pricing, orders, and invoicing through communication with the sales department.
  14. Motivate employees and recognize their accomplishments promptly.
  15. Communicate job expectations and consequences clearly through training, coaching, counseling, and evaluation.
  16. Complete site reports and other necessary paperwork.
  17. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field required.

Skills:

  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Physical effort may be required, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in setting goals and defining, prioritizing, and achieving objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
