We’re looking for a people-focused leader and experienced warehouse specialist to lead one of our DashMart facilities. DashMart is a new convenience and grocery store from DoorDash, focused on delivering household essentials, snacks, and light groceries on-demand.

About the Role

Manage a 5-10k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team, ensuring high-quality service for customers.

• Own: Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, manage scheduling and labor budget, and meet site-level metrics.
• Delight customers: Ensure order accuracy and fulfillment speed, working cross-functionally with inventory and training teams.
• Strategize: Use data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operations, quality, and employee experience.

Compensation
