Kinross Gold Corporation's Great Bear site in Red Lake, Ontario, is seeking an Administrator, Supply Chain to provide administrative, procurement, logistics, and warehouse support across site operations. You will coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of requisitions and deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain administration, familiarity with JD Edwards and Omega365, and a diploma or degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, or related administration.
• Experience in mining/site-based environments is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain data, records, and transactions in JD Edwards, Omega365, and other systems to support procurement, logistics, inventory, and reporting activity.
• Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, warehouse, and site teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, support order processing activities, and track deliveries to ensure materials and services are received per requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock reconciliation, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate material records and site availability.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and communicate schedule changes/delays/risks.
• Serve as a coordination resource for supply chain activities, facilitating information flow and alignment between vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track, order, and report on order status, delays, discrepancies, and exceptions, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation and system files to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Support fleet, fuel system, and site logistics administration including tracking and reporting.
• Work to ensure a safe, accident-free operation aligned with Kinross Safeground principles.
