Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems (PMP) is seeking a Site Coordinator to support field operations from the site office. You will manage communications, scheduling, document control, and safety policy adherence on busy construction sites.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, multitasking, and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam. Ideal candidates bring strong administrative experience and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach to a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced site office.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with good English communication.
  • Experience with construction documentation tools like Procore or Bluebeam is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls at the site office.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules; organize appointments.
  • Take minutes at meetings and prepare reports; maintain policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls at the site office
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Take minutes at meetings as required
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and implement company safety policies
  • Order office supplies and cleaning supplies
  • Send orders for prefabrication materials to suppliers
  • Maintain primary relationship with suppliers
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Schedule inspections as required
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Submit, track and distribute RFIs, shop drawings, site instructions, and drawings via Procore with site trades, design team and BIM team
  • Maintain document logs and follow up on action items
  • Manage site safety documentation for all staff and sub-trades
  • Assist the Site Project Manager & Site Foreman with various activities, including progress photos, testing reports and QA/QC
  • Be responsible for preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and other project close‑out documentation
  • Participate in a LEAN construction culture
  • Perform site administrative duties
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Proven work history as a Site Coordinator in the construction industry is a strong asset
  • Prior experience in an administrative position in a fast‑paced environment is required
  • Be legally entitled to work full‑time hours in Canada
Work Conditions
  • This is a full‑time, site‑based position
  • Overtime as required
  • Walking through uneven ground on construction sites
  • Seating for long periods

Compensation: $28.50/h to $36.50/h + 5% RRSP + 100% Employer‑paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD + Phone Allowance + AD&D.
