  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met.
  • Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
