EBC is seeking a Site Clerk for our Ladore project in Campbell River to perform various administrative tasks. This position is site-based at the Ladore Dam, approx. 20 mins west of Campbell River.
Responsibilities
- Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets
- Purchasing materials and supplies as requested by Site Management
- Weekly completion of equipment log
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned
- Daily use of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems
- Administers and maintain confidential information and records, including employee files
- Completing necessary reports for site management
- Managing other administrative tasks, as required
Requirements
- Completion of high school
- Minimum one year of office experience
- Minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
