Job description

EBC is seeking a Site Clerk for our Ladore project in Campbell River to perform various administrative tasks. This position is sitebased at the Ladore Dam approx. 20 mins west of Campbell River.

Requirements

  • Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets
  • Purchasing materials and supplies as requested by Site Management
  • Weekly completion of equipment log
  • Handle all administrative responsibilities as assigned
  • Daily use of computer software including Outlook Word Excel as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems
  • Administers and maintain confidential information and records including employee files
  • Completing necessary reports for site management
  • Managing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Completion of high school
  • minimum one year of office experience
  • minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency
