Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to drive safety leadership across site-based projects in Canada. You will build relationships across all levels, implement diverse safety programs, and uphold Ledcor’s safety standards on challenging projects.

The role is site-based with rotation schedules and project locations determined by requirements, offering opportunities to contribute to safety improvements and training across teams.

Formación

• Experience in health and safety across construction projects.
• Proven ability to implement safety programs on site.
• Strong communication with hourly workforce and management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate safety measures with field supervisors.
• Advise on the Health and Safety Management System throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and lead hazard assessments and incident investigations.
• Deliver HS&E orientation and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.
• Develop and update Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Practices.
• Support site leadership with safety meeting materials and reporting.
