Qualifications

• The role requires a site-based Project Coordinator delivering support to project managers and teams.
• Degree in a technical field and familiarity with procurement, document control, and construction coordination are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and material procurement.
• Support project reporting with data collection, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and project records.
• Coordinate drawing reviews and document control with stakeholders.
• Support material tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics for timely execution.
• Assist with schedules, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
• Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions and project documentation.
• Review drawings and models using Navisworks and other digital tools.
• Coordinate field activities with piping, mechanical, quality, and construction teams.
