Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large industrial construction projects.
• Strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and piping scopes.
• Experience on complex projects exceeding $100M in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of mechanical and piping scopes across engineering, procurement, quality, and construction teams.
• Act as main liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Provide mentorship to Project Coordinators and junior staff.
• Support Project Managers and Construction Managers in planning, forecasting, and resource coordination.
• Lead procurement coordination including requisitions, material status, expediting, and delivery management.
• Coordinate drawing reviews, document control, and distribution of information.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, progress measurement, and look-ahead planning.
• Utilize SAP and Navisworks for project administration and model reviews.
• Support change management, cost forecasting, and performance analysis.
