Job summary

You will act as a bridge between contractors, consultants, Client-Partners, and project teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving from start to finish.

Qualifications
- College diploma in Engineering, Applied Science, Construction Management, or related field.
- Four (4) years of related construction or contract administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer construction, professional service, and service contracts from start to closeout.
- Review progress claims, coordinate contract changes, and address project risks.
- Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Ensure work meets health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain project records, reports, and site documentation.
