Akash Homes is seeking a Site Assistant to join our Construction team in Edmonton, Alberta. This hands-on role supports residential construction, learning the full process from early stages to possession while working with an experienced Site Superintendent.

You will develop coordination, quality control, and leadership skills, with opportunities to grow within the Construction team as your responsibilities increase. A proactive, safety-minded approach is essential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on construction, renovation, general labour or carpentry experience is an asset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and ability to work with trades, supervisors and team.

Responsabilidades

• Support homes through all stages of residential construction alongside Site Superintendent.
• Walk sites regularly to monitor progress and identify safety or scheduling concerns.
• Prepare homes for upcoming trades, inspections, and possession.
