Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) Senior Team Leader to drive safety, performance, and people development across Atlantic Canada, with hybrid working in an office setting.

You will mentor Team Leaders, align resources with project needs, and collaborate with senior leaders to pursue opportunities. The right candidate will bring a strong environmental services background, seven years of leadership/management experience, and a proven ability

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Environmental Sciences.
7+ years leading environmental teams or projects in a consulting environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in English to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Champion safety, collaboration, technical excellence and accountability.
Mentor Team Leaders and support career growth.
Oversee resource planning, staffing, and scheduling across projects.
Collaborate with leadership to execute growth strategies and support proposal planning.
Lead performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and manage project delivery.
