Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Team Leader for our Site Investigation and Remediation practice in Ontario to drive mentorship, growth and lead project delivery for complex environmental projects across the province and beyond.

The successful candidate will base in one of our Ontario offices and manage a team of practitioners, collaborating with leaders to ensure high-quality work for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Investigation and Remediation practitioners, mentoring staff.
• Support workload planning and balancing across the team.
• Contribute to team growth through recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Lead performance reviews in line with Stantec policy.
• Lead and manage environmental site assessment, monitoring, and remediation programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Guide day-to-day project delivery through data management, analysis, reporting, proposal support, coordination, and project management.
