Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
• Highly organized and energetic with positive attitude.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, creating a personalized connection.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of all beverages in the menus.
• Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar and lounge.
• Prepare beverage orders promptly and accurately for servers and guests.
• Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge.
