Job summary

Lexus of Calgary is seeking a full-time Valet Driver to join the service team in Calgary. You will safely drive, park, and deliver vehicles for guests, supporting service operations and ensuring high customer service standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years driving experience, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor are essential; previous valet or customer service

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and park vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures
• Pick-up or deliver vehicles to/from guest location as designated to and from the dealership
• Drive in a safe manner with high regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions
• Assist and provide rides for guests when requested by Valet Team Lead, Service Manager, or Assistant Service Manager
• All vehicles dropped off for service to be removed from the designated drop off area in front of service reception and relocated to the other designated area
• Check guest vehicles in on their behalf with the Drive-Thru Attendants and park ready for service
• Assist with general duties requested by management
• Assists in all other areas of the service department; such as but not limited to parking vehicles for pickup, fueling vehicles, other driving or delivery tasks
• Greet customers warmly and provide a high level of customer service.
• Training is provided through orientation, role-specific training programs, self-assessments, coaching sessions, and hands-on demonstrations to support success and career growth.

As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Service Manager, the Valet Driver will work with the service department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.

Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Valet Driver at our location in Calgary.

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Valet Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from our dealership. Providing safe, courteous vehicle pick-up, delivery, and parking services for guests while supporting service operations and maintaining high customer service standards are a must.

Major Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and park vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
