You will work in a design-focused retail environment, applying your knowledge of plumbing fixtures and kitchen/bath products to help clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, proficiency in 2020 design software, and a track record of meeting sales goals. Portuguese-speaking candidates are preferred.

TalentSphere is recruiting on behalf of a well-established kitchen and bath retailer in the GTA for an Experienced Kitchen & Bath Salesperson. This is an immediate opportunity for a knowledgeable sales professional who thrives in a design-focused retail environment and has a strong background in kitchen and bathroom products.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath Salesperson with 3+ years of hands‑on experience. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of plumbing fixtures and related products, along with proficiency in 2020 design software. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating functional and stylish designs, driving sales, and guiding clients through their kitchen and bathroom projects. Preference will be given to Portuguese-speaking candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and recommendations on kitchen and bathroom fixtures, plumbing products, and related materials
• Create professional designs and layouts using 2020 design software
• Build strong relationships with customers through consultative selling
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory, pricing, product specifications, and current promotions
• Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising as needed
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience from design consultation through to project completion

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in kitchen and/or bathroom products (retail or showroom environment preferred)
• Proven experience in plumbing and fixture sales
• Working knowledge of 2020 design software
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy retail setting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the GTA
