Job summary

Qualico Group is seeking a Coordinator, Showhomes to manage designQ showhome project phases and coordinate schedules and purchases. You will support Showhome Designers and keep budget information up to date after project completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in interior design or coordination, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office is required. Office-based role with occasional site travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Showhome Designer project execution phases and monitor construction schedules.
• Purchase wholesale products for showhomes with quick timelines.
• Approve invoices for wholesale products.
• Collaborate with Field Coordinator and Builder Marketing teams on layouts and requirements.
• Execute Showhome and Sales Centre opening tasks with Field Coordinator.
• Assist Field Coordinator with warehouse organization and asset management.
• Update accounting and builder teams on asset locations.
• Contribute to annual showhome budgets and quarterly maintenance.
• Support Showhome Designers with execution tasks and administrative duties.
