As part of our goals for growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shop Manager to assist our operations team.

This role involves leading and driving the success of our production team. You will work with the scheduling team to ensure customers receive a world-class project experience. You will also collaborate with our sales and purchasing teams to ensure the best quality and on-time delivery objectives are met. What you will do:

  • Lead daily shop meetings
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities in the shop
  • Job layout & technical reviews
  • Make & update job instructions (build books)
  • Update work orders based on project requirements
  • Coordinate production activities and shop issues
  • Lead weekly production meetings
  • Coaching and training production workers

Your Experience:

Must have:

  • 4-7 years of Production Manager experience
  • 5 years of customer-facing experience
  • Driver's license; can drive big vans
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with work orders & Excel
  • Hands-on automotive mechanical or hydraulic experience
  • 12V or 120V electrical experience

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with NSM + CMVSS vehicle certification process
  • Lean manufacturing experience
