Store Manager

A Läderach Store Manager is a brand champion in providing a top-notch shopping experience for all customers and a leader in creating a positive work environment for the retail team. The ideal Store Manager is a chocolate lover with proven experience in effective retail shop and staff management. This role involves supervising employees, exemplifying excellent customer service, leading training initiatives, and supporting the Regional Manager in achieving store goals.

Responsibilities Include

  • Leading outstanding customer experiences and motivating staff to provide superior service
  • Overseeing product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-store order fulfillment
  • Ensuring seasonal staging and product merchandising are accurate and appealing
  • Scheduling staff shifts and coordinating store meetings and events
  • Managing store inventory and product merchandising accuracy
  • Maintaining in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • Communicating corporate values effectively to customers and employees
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager

Desired Qualifications Include

  • At least 3 years of retail experience with increasing responsibilities (e.g., from associate to shift lead or assistant manager)
  • Strong leadership, staff management, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills such as email management, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets, and POS systems
  • Reliable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and quality-mindedness
  • Proactive and efficient work approach
  • Passion for chocolate
