Job summary

Pauly Metalworks Ltd. in Spruce View, AB, is seeking a dependable Shop Labourer to join our fabrication team. This full-time role offers a hands-on workplace where you assist welders and fabricators and help keep the shop clean and safe.

Welding experience isn't required—we'll train the right person, with opportunities to move into welding duties or an apprenticeship. We offer competitive hourly wages, a flexible schedule (4x10hrs or 5x8hrs), a monthly benefits allowance, and opportunities for

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop tasks.
• Prepare materials for fabrication and welding.

• Perform general labour duties as required.

Pauly Metalworks Ltd. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Labourer to join our growing fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a clean and organized workspace, and wants to build a career in the welding and metal fabrication industry.

Previous welding shop experience is an asset but is not required—we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Opportunity to expand into welding duties and/or apprenticeship is also possible.

What You'll Do:

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop tasks.
• Prepare materials for fabrication and welding.
