Designer Brands Canada is seeking a Part-time Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will lead a diverse team, model exceptional customer service, and help achieve store objectives in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Store Manager, open and close the store, coach staff, maintain product knowledge, and foster inclusive, collaborative teamwork with a focus on sales and operational excellence. This role offers flexible scheduling, a strong discount, bonus potential, and growth
