Job summary

Cober Printing Limited is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Clerk to handle outgoing shipments, pack and label materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate client deliveries. This is a full-time permanent role based in Calgary.

The successful candidate will schedule internal transport, prepare shipping docs, and maintain dock operations while upholding safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant experience.
• Shipping/courier experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, weigh and label materials and prepare items for shipment.
• Schedule internal delivery transportation.
• Prepare shipping documentation and verify quantities.
• Monitor loading dock and ensure proper shipments.
• Maintain shipping records and a safe work environment.
