Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking Shipping Staff for CORE operations. You will perform shipping/receiving tasks, prepare outbound shipments, and ensure accurate records to maximize customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year in a fast-paced distribution center, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work under the Tuxedo Shipping Management Team to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• At least one year experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Prior working experience in production, distribution, and warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary programs.
• Working knowledge of Oracle reporting software.
• Good communication and people skills with excellent English.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and lead team members.
• Strong commitment to quality and customer service.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to follow directions.
• Good organizational, analytical, multitasking and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares outbound shipments by assembling, protecting, labeling and determining best method of shipment.
• Scan and assemble orders for shipment and complete packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping/driver logs; unload/load merchandise.
• Enter data into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other computer programs.
• Sort outbound cartons, maintain shipping lanes and process outbound cartons using small parcel shipping.
• Receive and stage shipments in designated locations and verify documents for accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion and shipment of product from outside vendors.
