Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a motivated distribution center associate to support tuxedo production and dry cleaning operations. You will operate finishing equipment, assist with garment handling, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn picking tickets and use an RF scanner. Basic math and communication skills are essential, and overtime or Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in Distribution Center and all areas of tuxedo production.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs (some tasks may require repetitive lifting of 30 to 50 lbs).
• Must be able to work overtime during peak season.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
• Must be customer oriented.
• Must be able to read and understand picking tickets.
• Must be able to learn to use RF Scanner.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the equipment used in the Dry Cleaning Plant such as the utility press, coat tensioner, lapel press, pant utility press, pant topper, puff iron, Nt-2, shirt utility press for boys, dry cleaning, and laundry machines.
• Handle and sort cleaned garments as necessary.
• Advise management of any breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately to ensure good routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work in all areas of production of production as needed.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
