Job summary

Grain Millers Canada in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, is hiring a Shipper/Turret Truck Operator for a permanent full-time role on a 12-hour modified shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

You will oversee safe shipping and receiving, inspect vessels and products, and move materials within the warehouse using a Turret Truck and forklift. This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work at heights in a grain processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift with turret truck experience preferred.
• Experience using turret truck to reach heights up to 30 feet.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Shift work including night shifts and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Work in a grain processing environment with allergens.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient shipping and receiving of products to/from GMCC warehouse.
• Inspect vessels and products in compliance with standards.
• Operate Turret Truck to pull, pick, move, locate and stage products.
• Conduct vessel inspections as required.
