Job summary

Wonderbrands is seeking a warehouse clerk to join the shipping team in Longueuil, QC. You will help ensure accuracy, speed and quality of customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role offers a starting wage of $22.88/hour plus bonus, health care and dental benefits, a pension plan with matching contributions, and an annual incentive, with occasional freezer work and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a shipping/distribution environment (preferably food).
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Autonomous, proactive and eager to learn.
• Forklift license/certification is an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Strong understanding of warehouse shipping/receiving procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Work in the warehouse and freezer areas using stand-up or counterbalance forklift and a walk-behind pallet truck.
• Move stacks of bread to trailers and organize shipping floors and aisles.
• Load trailers in the correct order and complete paperwork, including forklift inspections.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
