Job description

DHL Express is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate at their Quebec City, QC location. Working Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you will support the business by accurately and efficiently managing shipments and packages to serve customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Use scanners (handheld, wrist, wand) to scan all waybills
• Handling of parcels and shipments
• Actively participate in Sort Operations
• Interact effectively and respectfully with other team members
• Prepare shipment labels and ensure proper packaging and paperwork are compliant to ship items
• Comply with the collective agreement
• Understanding of Customs Processes in preparation of Import/Export declarations
• Coordinate shipment transfers by communicating with Service Centre Operations
• Demonstrate exemplary behavior at all times, promote respect in the workplace and follow all required health and safety measures
• Any other task assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalence
• Must be fluently bilingual (French and English) — mandatory per Quebec's Bill 96
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Able to lift to 70 lbs and handle bulky, heavy, awkward shipments
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors for extended periods
• Has or is able to obtain a Forklift certification
• Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as per Transport Canada Standards
• Ability to obtain Airside Training, SABLE certification, AVOP, and X-ray Certification
• Minimum one year warehouse or customer service experience

Pay: $19.70/hour starting January 1, 2026, with increases as per the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

High school diploma or equivalent; must be fluently bilingual in French and English; valid Class 5 Driver's Licence; minimum one year of warehouse or customer service experience; ability to obtain forklift certification, RAIC, Airside Training, SABLE certification, AVOP, and X-ray certification
