Grand & Toy Limited is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to accurately fill customer orders in a pick and pack environment at our Winnipeg facility. You will help ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it, while supporting a range of warehouse tasks alongside a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, organizing inventory, packing outbound orders, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the dock/warehouse.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution centre or pick and pack environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be well organized with clean work habits.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including using a handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 20 lbs throughout your shift.

• Report shortages or damage and update receiving records.
• Organize and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, label and load outbound shipments, including shipping paperwork.
• Pick and pack orders using a voice-picking (P2V) system as needed.
• Keep the dock and warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by management.

What will I do?

Starting Salary:
