Job summary

Grand & Toy in Winnipeg is hiring a warehouse associate to accurately fill customer orders in a pick and pack environment. You will help ensure customers get what they need, when they need it, and contribute to a supportive team.

Starting wage is $18–$20 per hour. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs, basic computer use, and a focus on accuracy and safety. We offer training, discounts, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution centre or pick and pack environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be well organized with clean work habits.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including using a handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 20 lbs throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify product against packing slips and purchase orders
• Report shortages or damage and update receiving records
• Organize and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare, label and load outbound shipments, including shipping paperwork
• Pick and pack orders using a voice-picking (P2V) system as needed
• Keep the dock and warehouse clean, organized and safe
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by management

What will I do?
