Job summary

Lifting Solutions is seeking a Shipper & Receiver to manage accurate shipping, receiving, and handling of materials and products in our Edmonton facility. You will support manufacturing and field teams while maintaining inventory integrity and adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and accurate record-keeping are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (valid forklift certification is an asset).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Microsoft NAV experience is an asset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to following company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Load and unload shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Prepare products, parts, and equipment for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups.
• Organize, store, and track inventory in warehouse and staging areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and placement.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
• Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

The Opportunity:
