Job summary

Xtended Hydraulic & Machine Inc. is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to manage daily tasks and ensure timely shipments. You will arrange materials, track inbound and outbound items, and monitor production per the Shop Manager’s guidance.

The role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work with suppliers. A valid driver’s license is preferred; ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Warehouse Management or Parts Management Technician is an asset.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse management, inventory tracking or logistics management.
• Knowledge of ISO is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage own time efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Meet deadlines and ensure production runs smoothly.

• Keep track of incoming/outgoing products, equipment, or materials.

The Shipper/Receiver

The Shipper/Receiver should be able to manage their own time efficiently to maximize productivity. The Shipper/Receiver contributes to the company's overall success by ensuring deadlines are met and production runs smoothly. Some of the most common daily tasks include:

• Arrange material needed to complete a job
• Keep track of incoming and outgoing products, equipment, or materials
• Monitor productions of each job in accordance with the Shop Manager
• Consult with Shop Manager and suppliers
