Job summary

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and freight documentation.
  • Forklift certification required; experience with loaders, metals manufacturing, SAP, or Microsoft Office is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pick, pack, and process domestic and international shipments, including waybills and shipping documentation.
  • Receive, verify, label, and store materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations.
  • Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and yard through routine inspections, counts, and inventory control activities.
  • Follow safety and inventory procedures, communicate shipment or inventory issues proactively, and support daily warehouse priorities to meet operational requirements.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
