Job summary

Tirecraft Ontario in Ingersoll, Ontario is seeking a Shipper/Receiver for the afternoon shift (Sun–Thu, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM) to support our Distribution Centre. This hourly role offers growth in a tire and automotive service environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, reconciling paperwork, organizing storage, loading/unloading tires, preparing daily shipments, cycle counts, and occasional deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
• Forklift license/experience preferred, will train as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized with keen attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about industrial tires.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily product shipments and reconcile and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Track and record shipment discrepancies.
• Organize and disperse materials and shipments into storage.
• Load and unload tires and wheels from deliveries.
• Prepare daily shipments and orders, send on company trucks.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Deliveries as needed.

Shipper and Receiver – Afternoon Shift

Tirecraft Ontario a proudly Canadian owned and operated expert in tires and automotive services. We’re seeking a dynamic Shipper/Receiver to join our team and help us maintain efficient logistics. You will support our Distribution Centre team as a Shipper and Receiver, on the afternoon shift - Sunday to Thursday from 5:00PM to 1:00AM. We are growing and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of people enthusiastic about the industry. This is an hourly position with wages ranging from $20.00-$22.00 based on experience.
