Job summary

Kal Tire in Chilliwack is hiring Shipper Receivers in temporary positions. You’ll spend shifts loading/unloading large tires, lifting 30–50 lb, and stacking tires with teammates. It’s hands-on work keeping the warehouse running, with rotating shifts and a focus on teamwork and reliability.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, safety, and collaboration, with opportunities for on-the-job forklift training and development as part of a Canadian tire service culture.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus or training will be provided.

• Stack tires by hand on pallets and restock warehouse racks with teammates.

At Kal Tire in Chilliwack, we're hiring Shipper Receivers in temporary positions.

Do you thrive on physical work? In this role, you’ll spend your shift moving, lifting, and stacking tires, lots of them. It’s not a desk job. It’s not light work. It’s about keeping the warehouse running by doing the kind of work that builds strength, teamwork, and satisfaction.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

1) Rotating shifts 3 week days 3 week afternoons,OR 2) permanent afternoon shifts:

• Help manually load or unload 53-foot trailers, each loaded with up to 1,000 tires.
• Lift and move tires weighing between 30–50 pounds all day long.
• Work side-by-side with teammates tostack tires by hand on pallets and restock warehouse racks.
• Keep the shipping area tidy and clear to help things move safely and efficiently both indoors and out.

This is repetitive, physical work. You’ll be on your feet your entire shift, moving, lifting, and working as part of a strong, reliable team.

Qualifications:

• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 lb tires all day
• Someone whoenjoys physical labour and takes pride in staying productive
• Areliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus - or we’ll train you!
