Job summary

Kal Tire in Drayton Valley, Alberta is hiring a Shipper Receiver to manage tires and wheels flow in a fast-paced, hands-on role. The position is temporary with a flexible schedule for the duration of the contract and requires accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, organizing incoming tires, preparing and shipping outgoing orders, loading/unloading inventory, and keeping a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented and able to take direction.
• Commitment to working safely at all times.

It’s a physical, fast-paced role where accuracy and teamwork matter. This is a temporary position with full-time or part-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, takes safety seriously, and keeps operations running behind the scenes. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys physical work and staying organized.

• Work closely with the store team to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Full-time availability for the duration of the contract
• Ability to lift and move tires (30–50 lbs or more) throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction
• Commitment to working safely at all times

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 21, 2026
