Job summary

Prime Management Group Inc. is seeking a qualified Shipper/Receiver for their Mississauga, Ontario manufacturing plant.

The role focuses on supporting daily warehouse operations, operating a forklift and reach truck for order picking, and ensuring on-time deliveries with coordination across departments. The ideal candidate has a forklift license with reach truck experience, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid forklift license with reach truck experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth daily operations of the department

• Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay: $26.09/hour
• Shift Premiums: Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift Rotation: Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)
