Job summary

UFA's Distribution Center in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, directing Sr. Shipper/Receivers and Shipper/Receivers while optimizing workflow across the shift.

You will translate priorities into real-time decisions, manage labour resources, and ensure safety, service, productivity and quality targets are met. The role requires hands-on leadership and experience with WMS systems (SAP EWM/WM) and a willingness to work evenings or nights as needed.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent warehouse experience.
3–5 years of warehouse or distribution centre experience with frontline leadership.
Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, picking, shipping, yard, and AWSA areas.
Own shift-level performance for safety, service, productivity, and quality.
Maintain floor control, ensuring safe, efficient work with standard procedures.
Make real-time labor and sequencing decisions to meet priorities.
Reinforce safety and regulatory compliance with active supervision.
Monitor performance and escalate systemic constraints as needed.
Coach and support team members, emphasizing accountability.
