Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules DC personnel to ensure proper staffing for receiving, order fill or ship processes.
• Organizes daily assignments and workloads, supervises start-up meetings, and sets task duties.
• Trains associates in SOPs and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitors KPI performance, productivity, attendance, and quality; prepares daily reports.
