Our client is currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with backgrounds in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution operations, workforce planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.

• Pay Rate: $75000-$100000/ year

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
• Drive productivity, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and daily operational execution.

Inventory & Operations

• Manage inbound receiving activities and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cycle counts and annual inventory processes.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, IT, and Inventory teams.
• Support operational priorities and ensure service expectations are met.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee facility maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
• Manage external contractors and building-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and workforce planning.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.
• Forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
