Peninsula Co-op on Vancouver Island is seeking two Shift Supervisors for the Grocery & Front-End department at 2132 Keating XRd, Saanichton BC. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and opportunities to lead day-to-day store operations alongside a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer-focused, and able to manage busy periods. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, stock shelves, and assist customers while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Confident, reliable leader who can guide a team.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

We are looking for two Shift Supervisors to join our Grocery & Front-End department within our Food Centre located at 2132 Keating XRd, Saanichton BC, BC. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week.

• Available to work any day of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
