Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1 year to <2 years in related food service role.
• French language required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies for meals.
• Hire food service staff and build a reliable team.
• Ensure food and service meet Tim Hortons standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit reports as needed by management.
• Oversee assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
• Establish work schedules for the team.
