Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Yorkton, Saskatchewan is seeking a Food Service Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

As a Shift Supervisor you will train and mentor team members, oversee opening and closing tasks, and ensure standards are met during high-volume periods, while maintaining a friendly, fast-paced work environment.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is looking for Food Service Shift Supervisors

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operations activities.

Our Supervisors report directly to the restaurant manager and are responsible for running a smooth shift while contributing their time towards the goal of the restaurant. You will be responsible for training and grooming employees and ensure that exceptional service is delivered to our guests.

What to expect in your role as a Shift Supervisor

• Passion for the kitchen, serving guests and for producing great products every day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional Customer service skills – able satisfy and exceed guest expectation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in the kitchen and restaurant
• Must work well within a restaurant team culture.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude.
• You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

For your success, you will receive certified training from Popeyes which will allow you to carry out tasks under Popeyes Standards & Procedures.

Soft skills required: Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multi-task. Previous management, customer service and food experience is an asset.
