The Community Store Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the Donated Goods retail store. The Shift Supervisor takes an “on the floor” approach to management, working alongside hourly team members to lead, coach and support the team while contributing to the processing of donations. Shift Supervisors must be prepared and capable of handling a variety of situations that may arise; when the Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, the Shift Supervisor is considered the acting Manager.
