Job summary

Tim Hortons in Napanee is looking for a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead a guest-focused team and deliver memorable experiences for Guests. You will guide the shift with servant leadership, ensuring smooth front counter and drive-thru operations while upholding Tim Hortons standards.

You will coach, motivate and support your crew, maintain food safety, and manage daily priorities to keep service fast and accurate. Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• A positive, guest-focused attitude with excellent organization & communication skills.
• Experience supporting others in a fast-paced environment (supervisor or team lead experience is an asset)
• Confidence in problem-solving and staying calm while multitasking
• Respect for procedures, safety, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members with servant leadership during your shift to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Lead and support team members with servant leadership during your shift to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction

Oversee front counter & drive thru efficiency to help keep orders accurate & timely

Aid in controlling costs through portion control and preparation quantities to help reduce waste

Coach, motivate and bring out the best in your team

Abide by and implement Tim Hortons Food Safety standards

Maintain a clean, friendly, safe, and well organized restaurant environment

Handle day-to-day shift priorities, respond to guest needs, and keep service moving efficiently

Must be available to work day, evening & weekend rotation

Complete additional weekly/monthly tasks assigned by restaurant manager
