Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs. They should be self-motivated and willing to assist managers with tasks to maintain well-kept and efficient facilities. Knowledge of store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service is essential.

Pay Rates: Starting between $17.20 - $20.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
