Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee store operations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills to respond effectively to customer needs. This role requires self-motivation and readiness to assist managers with tasks necessary for maintaining a well-functioning, smooth-running facility. Candidates should be knowledgeable about store operations and committed to quality and customer service.

Pay Rates Starting between: $17.20 - $20.75 / hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
