Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with maintenance, engineering, customers and suppliers to resolve equipment breakdowns, process control and quality issues to minimize downtime and meet delivery requirements.
• Provide motivation, coaching and support for operators to meet production targets, speed, continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Resolve machine or product issues to ensure manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Support time and attendance programs, vacation requests, overtime coverage, payroll system, training and recertification for operators.
• Facilitate initiatives and projects to meet company strategy and KPI objectives.
• Communicate new policies to machine operators to ensure safety and production standards.
