Job summary

FGF Brands, a naan traditional company in Canada, seeks a Mixing Leader to oversee a production shift, guiding a team to meet schedules safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Shift Leader and Operations Leader, you’ll lead by example, coach staff, and ensure GMP and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include warehouse coordination, inventory entries, and training new team members while maintaining cleanliness and supporting continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of handling job demands and lifting up to 40 kg.
• Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and teamwork.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Coach, mentor and train Team Members.
• Enforce safety standards and GMP compliance at all times.
• Oversee receipt and warehousing of ingredients and inventory entry in OMS.
• Assist planning with inventory management and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide orientation and training to ensure an effective workforce.
• Ensure batches are produced on shift and coverage is adequate during breaks.
